You MUST hold a passport which is valid for at least six months following the return date of your trip. You must ensure you have the necessary documentations to also visit the booked country i.e. visas. Failure to comply, may result in your booking cancelled. AdeAfrica.com reserves the right to cancel your bookings without refunds on this and similar grounds.

Unless stated in your travel pack, AdeAfrica.com does not provide travel insurance. It is advisable that all customers, expecially those booking onto more adventurous packages, look for travel insurance.
We recommend you search for cover including; medical expenses, accidents/illness, personal belongings, delay/cancellation/missed flights, personal liability and legal expenses.
Any flights booked by AdeAfrica.com missed by yourself or members of your party will have to be rebooked by yourselves, therefore travel insurance that covers this is advisable.
We strongly advice visiting your local doctor and following up on your governmental travel advice (UK) before departing for your journey.
Some African countries will require you to be vaccinated before entry. Please ensure you are vaccinated against yellow fever as some African countries will deny you entrance into the country. If this is were to happen the AdeAfrica.com will NOT be liable. It is your responsibility to ensure that yourself and members of your party are properly vaccinated before your journey.
It is essential that you seek medical advice prior to travel, and especially if you are pregnant or have an underlying medical condition.
We advice you to also ensure that your travel insurance covers healthcare.
If you become unwell on your return, make sure you tell your doctor about any trips abroad you have taken in the past year.
In the event that you test positive for Covid before your departure, you must inform staff at AdeAfrica. As your trip will need to be readjusted. AdeAfrica encourages you to seek travel insurance which covers Covid-19 related issues.
In the unfortunate event that you catch Covid whilst on a SeeAfrica Tour operated by AdeAfrica, you must self isolate and adhere to the county you are in’s Covid19 policies. You are advised to seek further advice from your embassy whilst in the country you are in. More information can be given to you of this once you inform AdeAfrica staff of your illness.
Unless stated in your travel pack, AdeAfrica.com does not book flights and accommodation.
Please refer back to your tour page to double check if flights are included.
If your flights and accomadation are included; AdeAfrica.com reserves the right to any initial rescheduling, seat allocations, flight routing and more.
If you would like to change your allocated seats; this will need to be done by contacting the airline you will be flying with.
If you would like your flights rescheduled, please let us know 6 weeks prior to your departure date. We are able to reschedule flights with subject to our rescheduling fees. AdeAfrica.com cannot reschedule any flights 6 weeks before the departure date, if you would like to reschedule your flight, please contact the airline directly.
Any food special requirements, mobility issues, intolerance/allergies should be disclosed to us when booking your flight. You can contact us if you need to disclose one of the above for your upcoming trip.
We are able to arrange airport hotel accommodation, car parking, meet and greet services and airport lounge access in the UK, subject to availability.
If accommodation is booked in your package, we will disclose the type of accommodation it is before you have booked it.

Unfortunately, petty crime is something that occurs worldwide and Africa is no exception to that. That is why we advice travel insurance that covers personal belongings. We also urge you to practice common sense and research beforehand the country you are going to.

We allow full refunds up to 7 days after booking, if your trip is booked over 3 months before the departure date.

I. Payments
Customers can pay in 2 ways; in full or via a 3 step payment plan.
If the payment plan is chosen, customers will need to pay an initial £300 deposit and securement fee.The other price breakdowns will vary due to the destination. Further information will be given to the customer.
This deposit and securement fee is only refundable if trip is cancelled 3 months before the departure date.
Payments of deposits made past the 3 month deadlineline of the departure date are non refundable.
If payments of a SeeAfrica tour are made in full and a customer requests a refund, past 3 months to the departure date, they are entitled to a partial refund. The deposit and securement fee plus admin fee will be deducted from the refund.
Once we have received the applicable payment(s) due at the time of booking, we will, subject to availability of the requested arrangements, send you your booking confirmation/invoice. Please check your booking confirmation and all tickets/documents carefully as soon as you receive them and contact us immediately if you think any details are incorrect
The deposit is part payment of the holiday cost. The deposit required will be shown on the quotation page of your itinerary. In addition to the
deposit, full or part payment of certain elements of your holiday (such as flights) may be required at the time of booking or at some point between booking and balance due date.

III. Transfers
You may transfer your place on your booking to another person provided you introduce us to the person. Furthermore, the person must satisfy all conditions which form part of your contract with us. Requests for a transfer must be made not less than 6 weeks before the departure date. Please contact us, if you wish to transfer your journey here. Where the transfer can be made, all reasonable costs and charges incurred by us and/or incurred or imposed by any of our suppliers as a result together with our amendment fee must be paid before the transfer can be effected. Any overdue balance payment must also be received.
IV. Giveaways
Those entering SeeAfrica Tour giveaways are allowed must adhere to all the requirements outlined in the promotional giveaways.
Those who have won the giveaway must still pay the £300 deposit and securement fee outlined in section I.
V. Complaints
We value your feedback about our tours and take any complaints very seriously. Should you have any complaints about any aspect of your holiday arrangements, please contact us immediately so we can try to help you. Please note, if you do not report a problem or complaint which, if it had been reported at the time it occurred could have been resolved there and then we cannot accept any liability in respect of that problem or complaint. If the issue cannot be resolved locally you can contact us in the UK here or contract your travel insurance company.
VI. Our promise
Once you have booked your tour, you have signed a contract with AdeAfrica.com. We respect this contract and promise to uphold our part of the agreement. By agreeing and paying for our tours you consent to us processing personal information about you and other members of your party including sharing your personal information with third parties (including airlines, local accommodation or service providers) to arrange and provide your holiday.
We promise you to make sure that all parts of the holiday we have agreed to arrange, perform or provide as part of our contract with you are arranged, performed or provided with reasonable skill and care. This means that,subject to these booking conditions, we will accept responsibility if any part of your trip on our part, heavily strays from the itinerary we set you.
